Who will Dillian Whyte face next?

The story is that Povetkin was going to face Stiverne last Saturday. Stiverne pulled out of the fight after he found out Povetkin had tested positive for a banned substance. Then a stand-in opponent fought Povetkin and was knocked out in the 6th round. So could Dillian Whyte fight Stiverne next after a huge victory of Dereck Chisora. This fight could be big as both fighters are powerful and have a good record. Both have come up against hard opponents in the past so the pair should be fairly even which should result in a fairly even fight.

Could Dillian Whyte fight Dereck Chisora in a rematch. This would be a guaranteed showstopper after the last bout. After a points decision win for Whyte, both fighters are said to want the rematch. Whereas the fight was on the undercard of Joshua vs Molina, I think it should headline its own event. It is a huge fight and it would sell out, it will give both fighters a big payday also at an arena such as the O2. Dereck Chisora said in an IFL interview “the money is here” and “I will give him £500,000 for a rematch if he wants”. I don’t know as much about Whyte’s view on a possible rematch but by the sounds of it Chisora really wants the fight to happen.

Dillian Whyte is a good fighter and proved that with his fight with Chisora, Joshua and others. He could also end up facing David Price, David Allen or maybe Luis Ortiz. The options are endless but I think the rematch with Chisora is the most likely as it is the most exciting fight and is best for both boxers.
