Josh Warrington has officially signed for Frank Warren and has signed a long-term contract.

You may want to read the post “Josh Warrington leaves Matchroom” which explains him leaving Matchroom and what happened. Warrington left Matchroom because him and Eddie Hearn basically didn’t agree on who Warrington should be fighting next. Josh wanted a title shot while Hearn wanted other things.

So he has joined Frank Warren. Warren is experienced promoter and promotes Billy Joe Saunders, Hughie Fury and Liam Smith to name a few. He was the next move for Warrington as I think Warren agreed on with Josh on what should be his next move. I think this is the right move as a fighter fights well and is better when he/she is happy. Warrington is an upcoming fighter who wants the biggest fights he can get and if he gets a title shot and wins he could be one of the best boxers around.
